A little bit about who I am
Computer Engineer with a background in electronics, specialized in backend development and cloud solutions architecture. At TeamWork Capacitación Ltda. in Santiago, I operate as technical lead and solutions architect — designing and building high-impact systems that power real operations.
I lead two key initiatives: the Softland → Rex+ ERP migration (completed with zero data loss and zero downtime) and the Digital 24/7 Recruiter — an AI-powered mass recruitment agent on Azure serverless, with a cascaded multi-model pipeline (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini) designed to process tens of thousands of applications during peak demand periods like Cyber Day.
My engineering philosophy — "Augmented Engineering" — positions AI tools as technical capability multipliers, not replacements for sound engineering judgment. My path from electronics technician to cloud architect gives me a broad perspective that spans from hardware diagnostics to modern distributed systems.
